Cross Country Ski

The Colpoys Ski Trail is located just behind The Rich-Haven  on top of the escarpment. The Trails  are operated by The Bruce Ski Club that manage some of the most affordable, accessible and best maintained cross-country ski trails in southern Ontario.

1. The Colpoys Cross-country Ski Trail offer 11.5 kilometers of well groomed trails that run from the Bruce Trail just behind the property on top of the escarpment. They run through gently rolling, sheltered woods and open fields. Several places offer great views across the bay. Trails are groomed and trackset as often as possible, depending on the weather and conditions. Access the trails off rural road 9 as depicted on the map below. Parking is available at the trail head.

2. The Sawmill Centre is located in Hepworth, It offers both nordic skiing and snowshowing trails. The trails are cut through rolling land, sheltered by hardwood and evergreen stands. All ski trails are packed, groomed, and trackset on a regular basis. Sawmill Nordic Centre includes: 11 kilometers of cross-country ski trails, groomed for both classic and skate skiing and 5 kilometers of snowshoe trails.
